At The Financial Republic we ensure that we follow all the rules and regulations set by law to provide our services to our partners. In this policy, People and individuals are outlined six ways of following the ethical practices to the law.

1. Regulatory Compliance: We follow all the laws and regulations set by the federal, state, and local governments and obey the industry standards set for us.

Some of the most important laws and regulations we mostly follow are given below.

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): We follow all laws which are applied to all businesses that are working with finance for the security of personal data and privacy of the consumers.
  • Truth In Lending Act (TILA): we disclose and give details of all the charges and the terms and conditions are followed which are set to give a loan.
  • CAN-SPAM Act, and the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act): Our customers communication is done on the laws and regulations of the respective fields of business and finance.
  • USA PATRIOT Act: It is important to collect identity theft from the consumer's takes care of anti-money laundering.

2. Consumer Privacy Protection: we even follow the rules and regulation and laws including the methods we use to collect all our clients, partners, and customer's information and store the data and give the data to the United States.

3. Marketing and lead generation: there are many laws which help to govern the marketing campaigns and communication we have with the people on the state, local and federal levels.

4. Monitoring and Auditing: We ensure that we provide protection and do not irritate any one of the legal laws provided by the federal government.

Rules and regulations we follow are:

  • Truth-in-advertising, FTC guides called for financial services advertised.
  • Advertising and communication we communicate with the people and help them understand to prevent misunderstanding.
  • Illustrative examples in advertisements provided for payday or personal loan.
  • Comprehensive explanation of terms, interest rate charges and APR ranges provided to the people.

5. Employee Training & Awareness

  • The employees are made to attend the compliance training which covers,

  • This training is conducted every year over, whenever the laws or regulations change.

6. Data Security

  • We ensure that the consumer data will be encrypted and will be accessible only with the authority granted.
  • We keep monitoring the systems for any unauthorized and doubtful access to them.
  • We have complied with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA requirements, to handle the data.

7. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Protection

  • We provide the customers with clear dispute instructions with our "Contact Us" section.
  • We have always met the complaints of the customers within no time with respect to the federal, state laws and regulations.

8. Reporting Obligations

  • We have maintained all our compliance activities on record.
  • Any non-compliance is reported to the regulatory bodies or authorities.

  • This compliance document is reviewed and updated semi-annually to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or industry standards.
